6:30 AM Departure from HARP Parking Lot located at 16 College Avenue Stewartstown, PA 17363.
11:00 AM Arrive at Winter Gardens Theatre New York City, New York.
7:00pm Departing Winter Gardens Theatre New York City, New York with an estimated time of arrival at HARP between 11:30 PM-12:00 AM.
Registration fee is $80 per person for residents and $90 per person for non residents with a registration deadline of November 19th, 2023.
Includes: Motorcoach transportation to and from event along with driver gratuity.
Drop off and pick up in New York City will be at the Winter Gardens Theatre which is located near the Rockefeller Center and Time Square.
If the minimum amount of 40 registered passengers is not reached by October 31st, full refunds would be issued minus the 3% credit card processing fee.
