11:00 AM Arrive at Winter Garden Theater, 7th Avenue & 51st, New York City, New York.
7:00pm Departing Winter Gardens Theater New York City, New York with an estimated time of arrival at HARP between 11:30 PM-12:00 AM.
Registration fee is $95 per person for residents and $105 per person for non residents with a registration deadline of November 26th, 2025.
Includes: Motorcoach transportation to and from event along with driver gratuity.
Drop off and pick up in New York City will be at the Winter Gardens Theater.
If the minimum amount of 40 registered passengers is not reached by October 25th, full refunds would be issued minus the 3% credit card processing fee.
