HARP municipalities:  Hopewell Township, East Hopewell Township, Stewartstown Borough, Crossroads Borough

Rental Groups Defined:

• HARP Community Organizations:  HARP-affiliated programs such as baseball, softball, basketball, cheerleading  as well as non-profit, civic, senior, sport, scout, church groups, etc. within a HARP municipality
• HARP Private:  Private renter for event such as a birthday, holiday, etc. who lives in a HARP municipality
• HARP Commercial:  A renter seeking to obtain profits who resides in a HARP municipality
• Outside of HARP Municipalities:  Renter lives in the Southeastern School District (SESD) but not in a HARP municipality.

LARGE EVENTS (Several Areas of Complex) – require Board approval – must be scheduled to be on agenda.

NOTE:  Non-SESD – A renter who lives outside the Southeastern School District – Must be pre-approved by HARP Board at a scheduled meeting
