Pavilion Rental:

Available dates can be checked on the HARP facilities calendar but would need to approved by HARP as new request may be in but not posted yet. E-mail us at [email protected]  to verify your date.  Be sure to include the date you are requesting and the times.  The pavilion is scheduled in 5 hour blocks. Rentals can not be scheduled before 1pm on Sundays. Once your date is confirmed, complete a facilities request form on the website and mail with the rental fee.

No inflatable slides or bounce houses permitted. If you are bringing in outside entertainment (petting zoo, pony rides, party trucks, etc.) you must disclose this at the time you turn in your rental application.
