Road Rally Scavenger Hunt

Get your friends, family, co-workers or recruit some strangers to be on your winning team to join HARP for our second annual Road Rally Scavenger Hunt.  This year's event is being hosted by Aviator Brew Hub, so you will have the opportunity to enjoy some food or a drink with your team after completing your mission.  Here is how the event will work. Teams can consist of up to five members with no age requirement to participate which makes this a great event for the whole family. Your team will need the following to participate: a valid drivers’ license for your team driver, camera (i-pad, phone, tablet or digital camera), vehicle, writing utensil, comfortable apparel, and a sense of humor! Your team will first need to check-in at the Aviator Brew Hub parking lot (18 South Main Street Stewartstown, PA 17363), where you will receive instructions, your task list for the evening and an official start time. Each team will be given the same list of tasks with each task completed worth a point value. Each team will then have 2 hours to complete as many tasks on the list as possible. Your team will then return to Aviator Brew Hub so that your task sheet can be scored. The team that earns the most points within the 2 hour time limit for the event would be awarded a cash prize. Teams that return after their 2 hour limit has expired will not be considered for the cash prize.

This new family fun event will take place on Saturday, October 28th with check-in starting at 5:30pm. Your team will be able to check-in to start the event at any time from 5:30pm-7:00pm as the deadline to return for your team to be scored is 9pm. Teams that return after 9pm would not be eligible for the cash prize. Bonus Points will be awarded to teams that dress in their team name’s theme. (Ex. Team Name- Buzzing Bees and all members dress up like bees)

Thank you to our event sponsors, B&A Remodeling & Hair Necessities, for providing the prize money for the top three teams that earn the most point in the allotted time limit.  The top team finisher will receive $200 with the second place team receiving $125 and the third place team receiving $75.  

Teams can registered through our website (www.info-online.org) for the event or complete a registration form and mail it in along with the $50 team registration fee to PO Box 959 Stewartstown, PA 17363. The deadline to register for the event is Sunday, October 22nd. Registrations may be accepted after that deadline date if space is available but will be charged an additional $10 late fee.
