Feb. 2026 Piano Classes with Liberty
Have you wanted to take piano lessons but thought it was too expensive? Or maybe you have several children and want all of them to take lessons but the price is just too expensive? HARP is excited to announce that we are now offering beginner Piano classes with Liberty Brammer! The best part about group piano classes is that they cost much less than a private lesson! Liberty has been teaching piano lessons in Southern York County since 2002. For more information on her background in music please visit her website at www.libertyspiano.com. Beginners of all ages are welcome in these classes. She uses traditional methods of note reading, sight reading, rhythm, and technique in her classes.
Beginners of similar ages will be grouped together. For example, 1st thru 6th grade would be in one class and 7th grade and up would be in another. There will also be classes offered for homeschoolers and senior citizens during the day and adults in the evening!
Space is limited, so don't wait to reserve your spot. In these classes students will learn rhythm together– they will move about the room and not always be sitting at the piano. As beginner classes progress, they will start to play pieces together, much in the same way that an orchestra plays together.
These classes will take place in the meeting room at HARP's Community Building located at 16 College Avenue Stewartstown, PA 17363. Parents of young children are welcome to stay in the room and participate as well. Each class is 45 minutes long with a maximum of 8 students per class. All classes will take place on Mondays with the first class scheduled to begin on Monday, February 2nd 2026.
For all ages. Please choose the time that works best for you. After registration ends, we will look at our age ranges and possibly ask if you can switch to another time, to group like ages together. We need 4 people minimum for each class. If your class is canceled due to lack of interest, you will be refunded.
The price per month of $65 does not include books– which are always additional whether taking private lessons or group classes. For the one month option classes will take place on Monday, February 2nd, 9th, 16th & 23rd.
Class times on Mondays will be as follows:
3:30pm- 7th grade and up (ages 13-18 years)
4:30pm- 1st-6th grader (6-12 years)
5:30pm- Returning students
6:30pm-Adults (19 & over)
