Our first ever kids' track meet is scheduled to take place on Saturday, October 14th 2023 with the first event starting at 9am. This fun event for kids will provide them with an opportunity to compete in three different track and field events. The events will be as follows: 50 meter dash, 3/4 mile run, and tennis ball throw. You can choose to register your athlete for all three events for $20 or pick specific events that you feel your athlete would enjoy for $10 per event. All registered athletes will be divided into appropriate groups according to their age and gender to compete in each event. The age groups will be as follows: 5-7 year old's, 8 & 9 year old's and 10 & 11 year old's. The top three finishers in each age group for each event will be awarded a medal at our awards ceremony that will take place after all events are completed. This is an outdoor event that will take place in the field between field 2 and 3 in the lower section of our park. If inclement weather would force us to cancel the make up date for the event would be Saturday, October 21st at the same time 9am. The check in table for the event will be open starting at 8:30am on the day of the event. Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled event to check in with event staff.
